Exterior Framing, Sheathing, and New Roof

Summer-Winter, 2023

This 60'x100' Pole barn structure was a project started Mid July by the homeowner.

Instead of hiring a large roofing outfit and an additional framing crew, Humblecraft was hired to help finish framing, sheathing, and ultimately installing a brand new roof with decorative ridge venting.

We were able to secure the building and finish roofing as the first season's snow fell, all at a greatly reduced cost for the homeowner.

Post Falls

New Porch Addition Fall, 2023

A homeowner decided their newly constructed house needed a patio covering built and shingled.

After construction, Humblecraft was onsite to dry in and shingle the entire 30'x20' porch in a single day.

The homeowner was able to install a hot tub and have an electrician come before a big weekend gathering...a win for all.

Downtown CDA/ Fortgrounds Repair

Fall, 2023

A concerned homeowner in the Fort Ground neighborhood of downtown CDA called Humblecraft for inspection and repair after a vicious wind storm.

We were on the roof the same day, and able to clean and identify a number of roof failures, a solid puncture, and tears. If left untouched, these after-storm damages can leak large amounts of water and damage expenses can exponentially rise within several hours.

We cleaned, patched, and completely replaced all the necessary components with matching brand and color materials, and saved this beautiful house an unnecessary living room makeover.
